Herbalife

What can I say I love it. Its crazy how one shake fills me up and I'm content for a few hours. One of my friends started it and lost 27 lbs in less than 3 months without working out. I've been on it and working out so my results aren't going as quick as hers since I'm working out and building muscle while losing the fat.


I'm aiming for 20 lbs gone by December or even more, (hopefully more.) I've been drinking 1-2 shakes a day plus my dinner, I try to eat all healthy snacks between each shake. And no more soda for this lady unless I'm at a restaurant because its a fountain soda (LOL don't ask, it tastes different to me)so I drink water, tea, water, V8 juice and oh ya more water.

I have found awesome shake recipes for those who are interested in Herbalife so you can see what you can make with everything so its not the same shake everyday. Also if your interested let me know and I can give you the person who I get it from, she is super nice and is quick about putting your order through :)
