I'm aiming for 20 lbs gone by December or even more, (hopefully more.) I've been drinking 1-2 shakes a day plus my dinner, I try to eat all healthy snacks between each shake. And no more soda for this lady unless I'm at a restaurant because its a fountain soda (LOL don't ask, it tastes different to me)so I drink water, tea, water, V8 juice and oh ya more water.
I have found awesome shake recipes for those who are interested in Herbalife so you can see what you can make with everything so its not the same shake everyday.
