Feels amazing to be back at the gym after about a year long break.I tried to go while pregnant with my daughter but I didn't have the energy to do it and I had morning sickness basically my entire pregnancy.
The past few days I've getting up and going to the gym and working out for an hour. I forgot how much better I feel after a workout. Now I'm on the hunt for good healthy recipes for dinner. Hopefully soon enough it will be time for a shopping spree for new clothes :) hehehe I can't wait.
