Getting Healthier

Since I'm trying to lose my baby weight I got most off just have those last pounds that don't want to go I'm always looking for healthier ways to eat and even drink. I posted about smoothies sometime last week and I've tried a few of them they are pretty good specially the ones with protein in them (which I didn't think I would since most of the time protein powder is nasty.) I usually try to have at least one of the smoothies a day if I can't find something to eat when its either breakfast or lunch I just whip one up and I'm good to go. If I just want a small snack I'll make like the energy booster or metabolism booster one which don't have protein in them. So today while looking on I found these healthy electrolyte energy drinks (which you can find HERE and going to try them out. Maybe I'll make a pitcher and take some when I go on my walks or when I get back, cause I'm one of those people who start to get over just regular H2O and need some flavor in it even a slice of lemon will do.

Oh and I also found this amazing thing that I didn't know the iPhones and do theres a child lock, so you can lock them into an APP. SAY WHATTTTTT I know you mommy's want the link to that
